The back wrap has a USB plug & USB wall adapter. To use, plug the wall adapter into any outlet and press the heat button.  Ensure the heat button is illuminated red for proper preheating of 5 minutes.

For portable use, plug the USB into any 5V 2A portable power pack (not included). Calming Heat features a 2 hour auto shut off for the heat setting and 15-minute auto shut off for the massaging vibrations and lumbar.
